My fee is $120.00 per session, payable at the beginning of each session. I do not take insurance, and can give you a receipt if you wish to bill your insurance company on your own. I am considered an out-of-network provider. Payment is in the form of cash, check, PayPal, Visa, or MasterCard.
In addition to office visits, I provide therapy by phone or Skype. Clients using this modality must read and submit The New Client Info and Declaration of Understanding prior to the beginning of our work. Payment is due prior to the therapy session.
I use PayPal for on-line payments and accept most major credit cards. Payment transactions must be completed prior to the beginning of each session. Please notify me 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make your appointment, I do charge a full session fee for missed appointments without a 24 hour advance notice.
